3. How To Prepare Beets?
Prep the beets by trimming off the leaves and extra stem, leaving 2-inches of the stem, and let the tail remain intact. Wash the beets thoroughly (you may scrub gently without affecting the skin) to get rid of the dirt stuck on the surface then pat dry

Step 2: As soon as the water starts boiling, cover the pot with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3: After cooking is done! Turn off the stove and drain the water. Transfer the boiled beets to a colander and rinse with cool water. Peel off the skin.
To serve, slice the beets into round disks, drizzle with a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, add 1.5 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle some salt & pepper seasoning!

Step 1: Poke the beats making 5-8 tiny holes all over each prepped beet. Transfer to a microwave-safe dish and arrange them in a single layer. Pour ¼ cup of water.
Step 2: Cover the dish and put it in the microwave. Cook on high for 20-30 minutes. At 10 minutes interval, flip the beets using tongs or spoon. When the beets are cooked for 20-25 minutes check their doneness by insert a fork. If they seem tender enough, take them out, if not continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Step 3: After taking out of the microwave let the beets cool for 5-10 minutes. Peel them wearing gloves.
To serve, chop the steamed beets into bite-size pieces, drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle salt & pepper, and top with some crumbled goat cheese. Enjoy!

Step 1: Set the oven for preheating at 450°F. Place the rack in the middle and grease a baking dish (9*13) generously with olive oil.
Step 2: Peel and cut the prepped beets into slices about 3/4 inch thick
Step 3: Transfer the sliced beets to the greased baking dish and spread them out in a single layer leaving a little gap between each slice.
Step 4: Cover the baking dish with an aluminum foil sheet and transfer it to the middle rack of the preheated oven. Roast for 30 minutes. Finally, take out the baking dish from the oven and enjoy grilled radish with some salt and pepper!

Step 1: Ready the grill by preheating it on high.
Step 2: Place a large aluminum sheet on a bowl. Coat the foil sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3: Put the prepped beets on the aluminum sheet, drizzle the olive oil (or add an equal amount of melted/softened butter), and sprinkle salt and pepper seasoning. Mix the beets to coat them evenly with the oil and seasoning. Now wrap the aluminum foil so that all the beets are inside the foil sheet.
Step 4: Put the foil package on the preheated grill. Let it cook for half an hour, remove the grill package, uncover the foil wrap cautiously, and let the beets cool for 5-10 minutes.
