- 2-pound baby bok choy halved

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
Step 1: Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and paprika powder in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Add oil to a large skillet and heat over high heat. Add garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.
