Step 3: Next, put the steamed broccoli florets in a bowl of iced water to keep them crispy and green then transfer them to the serving bowl.

Step 4: Now, make the dressing by whisking the olive oil with lemon juice, fresh dill, mustard seeds, chopped onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
