1. What is the Secret To Cooking Prime Rib Roast?

First, make sure that you allow enough time for the prime rib to reach room temperature before cooking it. This will help ensure that it cooks evenly. Note cover your prime rib with plastic wrap as it comes to room temperature

Second, always use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the roast; this will help you avoid overcooking or undercooking it.

Third, take out the roast from the oven 5-10 degrees before it reached the desired internal temperature. Because your roast will continue to cook once it’s taken out of the oven

Finally, let roasted prime rib rest for 15 – 20 minutes before carving and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the roast so that they don’t all run out when you start carving into it.
