  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and create the stuffing mixture.

Using a sharp knife, make a horizontal slit in each pork chop to create a pocket for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

With a sharp knife, create a pocket in each pork chop by cutting horizontally into the side, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Divide the breadcrumb mixture evenly and stuff each pork chop pocket with it. Press the edges of the pork chops together to seal the stuffing inside. Then lightly season the outside of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
