There are 4 ways to cook kielbasa: fry on the stove, roast in the oven, cook on the grill, and boil. After trying them all, I have found that roast in the oven is one of the best ways to cook kielbasa at home.

To determine if the kielbasa is done, you can measure the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Sausages that reach a temperature of 165 to 168°F are cooked.
How Long To Cook Kielbasa
It takes about 7 to 9 minutes to fry kielbasa on the stove and takes about 10 minutes to cook Kielbasa in Air Fryer.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to roast in the oven and 10 minutes to cook on the grill.
3. How To Cook Fresh Kielbasa
Step 1: First, put the fresh Kielbasa in a large pot, then add just enough boiling water to cover the sausage and cover.
Step 2: Simmer for 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 168 ° F. Be careful to check the water amount and add water as needed regularly.
Step 3: Finally using tongs to remove the sausage and dry it. You can slice up the boiled kielbasa, add them to your soup, or move on to fry/roast/grill the pieces for enhanced taste.
4. How To Cook Smoked Kielbasa

Step 1: Place the pan on the stove and adjust the flame to medium.
Step 2: Drizzle olive oil. (Only 1 teaspoon is enough as kielbasa releases oil while frying)
Step 3: While the oil is heating, slice up the kielbasa into medium-thick pieces.
Step 4: Add the slices to the pan and fry them for 7-9 minutes until turning brown by continuously turning the pieces every minute to save them from burning.
Take out the nicely fried brown kielbasa slices on a paper towel to drain excess oil. You may chop up some veggies and fry them along with the kielbasa for a wholesome meal.
Instructions – Roast Kielbasa in the Oven
Step 1: Place the oven rack in the middle and set the temperature at 325°F for preheating.
Step 2: Put the sausage in the baking tray and transfer the tray into the oven. (If the whole sausage fits in your baking tray, there is no need to cut them in half).
Step 3: Roast sausage for 15-20 minutes. Use the tongs to flip the sausage every 5 minutes for an evenly roasted result.
Step 4: After 15-20 minutes, get it out of the oven and allow it to sit for 2-3 minutes, then enjoy.
Instructions – Cook Kielbasa in Air Fryer
Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F, about 5 minutes
Step 2: While the air fryer is heating, prepare the kielbasa sausages by cutting them into 1-1.5-inch-thick slices.
Step 3: Then place your kielbasa in the air fryer basket and leave space between each slice
