  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel or quickly rinsing to remove any dirt. Remove the ends of the stems and slice the mushrooms. You can slice them fairly thin or into thick slices depending on your preference.

  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with the olive oil until coated.

Add the thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat the mushrooms evenly with the spices and oil.

Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
