  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Empty the vegetables into a microwave-safe bowl and add a tablespoon of water if vegetables appear dry

Cut butter or dot oil over the top. Then mix well with salt, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese

Microwave on HIGH in 2 minute intervals, stirring between each, until vegetables are thawed and tender-crisp, 5-7 minutes total.

Stir once more and taste for seasonings, adding more salt and pepper if needed.

2. How To Cook Frozen Mixed Vegetables on Stove

Ingredients

Instructions
