  1. Your math is wrong. 1/3 cup is, as you stated, 2-2/3 ounces, and 1/6 cup is 1-1/3 ounces.

    But 1/3 cup is NOT 4 Tablespoons. 1/4 cup is 4 Tablespoons.

    1/3 cup is 4 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons, and
    1/6 cup (1-1/3 ounces) is 2 Tablespoons plus one teaspoon
